Program description and what is included

The school's English course is 15 hours a week. Lessons take place during the morning and afternoon hours. The teaching staff have professional qualifications. Classes focus on culture and conversation skills through project work. There are 20 classrooms with a panoramic view of the sea, a library, a computer room and a self-study centre. Classrooms are equipped with audio and video equipment. All levels are available.

Description

The ATC language centre in Bray offers intensive language courses all year round and a seaside holiday. The city is a 35-minute drive from Dublin. There are many parklands and gardens and residences of the aristocrats who used to come here every summer. Now they are a Victorian delight for visitors to the city.

The school is well-equipped - after the lessons you can relax in the cafeteria with a veranda in the garden or bask in the sun in the yard. It overlooks the sea and the Wicklow mountains. Sports activities available on request include golf, swimming, bowling and horse riding. On the day of arrival kids will be taken for a walk around Bray, weekends are spent on the excursions to Glendaloch Glacier Valley, Titanic Belfast Museum and historic Kilkenny Castle. The kids spend their evenings with their host families, watching films in the original or visiting the theatre. 

Children stay with their host families. The host families are carefully selected by ATC's Campus Accommodation Team. Families are a 15-50 minute walk away. Rooms for 1-3 people with shared facilities. Meals are provided three times a day.
